DISCLOSURE TEXT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED IN THE COMMUNICATION FORM
This disclosure text has been prepared by EMSA Elektromotor Alternator Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communique on Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilment of the Disclosure Obligation. The aim is to inform you about the purposes, legal reasons, and methods of processing your personal data, to whom it can be transferred, and your rights within the scope of the KVKK.
Your personal data, such as name, surname, phone number, and e-mail, which you share through the communication form on our website, is processed by our company for the purposes of conducting the necessary operations by our business units to benefit the relevant individuals from our products and services, carrying out the related business processes, and establishing communication with you about the subject you applied for. Additionally, we do not have absolute control over the information you share with this form. We recommend that you refrain from sharing personal data and especially sensitive personal data with our company that you do not wish us to know.
The aforementioned personal data is processed automatically based on the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the KVKK: "processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person" and "processing of data is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", and will be shared only with relevant judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at www.emsajenerator.com.tr with necessary information to identify your identity and sending a signed copy of the form in person to 'EMSA Elektromotor Alternator Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, Meclis Mah. Teraziler Cad. No:37 Sancaktepe / ISTANBUL' with identity verification documents. You can also send it through a notary or other methods specified in the KVKK, or you can send the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to emsaelektromotor@hs01.kep.tr.
