2024 Sustainability Report is Now Available

As EMSA Generator, we are marking another significant milestone in our journey spanning over 45 years. We are proud to share our 2024 Sustainability Report with the public, which transparently reveals our company's performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, our future goals, and our sustainability vision.

We view sustainability not just as a necessity, but as a responsibility. This first report, prepared in line with our motto "A Sustainable Future with Our Energy," reflects our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and creating social value at every stage of our operations.

Report Highlights:

Global Impact: With our export network reaching over 110 countries, we are aware of our global responsibility as we bring our energy to the world.

Environmentally Friendly Technology: In our modern facility in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint with PLC-controlled SCADA systems and energy-efficient technologies.

R&D and Innovation: In 2024, we invested approximately 8 million TL in our R&D activities, focusing on hybrid systems and low-emission generator solutions.
Human-Centered Approach: With our principle of "Happy Employees," we continue to enhance the competencies of our employees through EMSA Academy and to promote a "Zero Accident" culture in occupational health and safety.
Circular Economy: With the principle of Zero Waste, we are increasing the recycling rate of our production waste and managing our resources in the most efficient way.

Strong Steps Towards the Future

This report is the starting point of our sustainability journey. In line with our 2030 goals, we are committed to reducing our operational carbon emissions by 40% and increasing the use of renewable energy sources.
