EMSA Generator offered an inspiring career journey to young talents with the “Inexperienced Personnel Wanted” conference organized within the scope of its collaboration with Eskişehir Technical University. This special event, implemented within the scope of the EMSA Academy program, created an important learning and awareness opportunity for students at the beginning of their careers.
Throughout the conference, the message that inexperience is not a disadvantage but a starting point for development and innovation was emphasized. Participants gained valuable information on the role of acting with self-confidence, thinking differently and being open to development in climbing the career ladder. Our Organizational Development and Human Resources Director contributed to the students’ inspiration by sharing his own experiences.
